£5.99Charnwood Duck & Swan Pellets 15kg is a premium compound feed formulated for adult, growing, and breeding waterfowl.
Feeding bread to ducks, waterfowl and swans should be avoided, as it lacks the necessary nutrients these birds require. Consuming bread fills their stomachs, deterring them from foraging for the foods they would naturally eat. This can result in malnutrition and a lack of energy for the birds. Charnwood duck food provides a safe, enjoyable alternative to bread for Ducks and other Wildfowl.
Charnwood Duck & Swan Pellets have been developed with Duck's health in mind, and are cram packed with suitable high energy and nutrient rich ingredients. The small nugget shape floats on the water, meaning birds can access the food more easily and for longer. Floating food also leads to less water pollution from decaying food.
This high-quality, balanced food ration substitutes fish meal and shrimp for the natural molluscs, crustaceans, and crabs in the diet. It can be used as both a maintenance and breeding feed; adding oyster shell is recommended during egg-laying periods. To feed, simply scatter the pellets on the water and provide as needed.
The large bag means you're getting high quality duck food at a really affordable price.
