The Hot Nuts Spray from Defenders has been formulated with the natural ingredient capsicum chilli extract, making it ideal for deterring squirrels from bird tables, feeders, and other areas of the garden, (not harmful to birds). Use the spray every 48 hours until the Squirrels have moved on to find an alternative source of food.
Treats up to 225 square metres.

Although this is the first time that I have purchased this product from you, it is the second time that I have used it, having purchased it elsewhere before, and, unfortunately, I am NOT convinced that it works! It is possible, of course, that the grey squirrels visiting my garden are so desperate for food that they will eat anything...or have acquired a taste for chilli! I have followed the instructions to the letter but the seed in the window feeder which I have sprayed continues to attract the grey squirrels. (Posted on 25/06/2018)

I find this product really good for keeping squirrels off the bird feeders, further applications required after rain naturally, but it does do the job. nowhere near the amount of squirrel activity in the garden since using this product. (Posted on 30/07/2015)

For zones A and B, all orders weighing 12.5kg and above or are over £25.00 (excluding postage) will be delivered FREE OF CHARGE; all orders under 12.5kg or total less than £25.00 will have a £3.95 postage charge applied.
We do deliver to Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands and Islands, Isle of Man and outlying areas, but due to their geographical locations, fees may vary (please see zones C-D in the table below).
