Why did I not receive my confirmation email?

There could be a number of reasons why you didn't receive your confirmation email. We strongly advise you check your spam folder first. If there is no email here, please try sending yourself an email to see if your account is working properly. What should I do if I'm unhappy with my order?

We kindly ask that you do notreturn goods back to us without prior agreement. Unfortunately, without this we cannot guarantee that you will be refunded for your goods.

Why doesn't my offer code work?

If your offer code doesn't work, please check the expiration date on the relevant marketing material (email, newspaper, catalogue, brochure etc).
