Is the food on your bird table being taken by squirrels or large birds rather than the wild birds you want to feed.
Well here finally is the answer, the Meripac Choice Guard and conversion kit for bird tables. This pack allows you to surround your bird table with a guard and make it squirrel and large bird proof.
The guard can be fitted around any square or oblong table up to W 420mm x D 420mm x H 500mm (height from table area to the roof apex).
The guard has changeable mesh sides that can be altered so you can determine the size of bird you wish to be able to feed from your table. The pitched roof can opened for easy access to the interior.
The Choice Guard can also be used separately to cover ground feeders and has dimensions of H 510mm x L 480mm x W 480mm will fit over most bird tables.

This has certainly stopped the pigeons and collard doves from taking all the food. The magpies manage to hang on to the cage and try and reach through the grid which is quite funny to watch. They can only hang for a few seconds. My only comment would be I wish I could buy a roof to keep some of the rain off the food. I notice there is now one that has a roof but I cannot afford to replace the one I have. All in all though I would recommend this. I have received my cage with certain instructions missing to fit onQuality Price Value
my new bird table.
5 hours later still no joy.
nothing on the web site to help.
Trust me you will have to have the qualifications of Albert Einstein to put this together if you have no instructions ie like me.
In My view what a complete time and waste of money.
I must say i am not very happy and i would think again about buying any product from these people.
I rest my case.
