My Favourites Clinger Feeder by Jacobi Jayne, perfect for Blue Tits, Chaffinches and Greenfinches.

Uncomfortable for Starlings and impossible for pigeons.

The feeder holds a generous 1.3 litres of birdseed. It is made from tough polycarbonate that won't fade or crack in sunlight, while the overhanging roof shelters feeding birds from rain.

Easy to fill by unscrewing the lid to fill with seed.

Excellent feeder for smaller birds like tits and finches. Easy to clean and easy to fill. We now have 2 of them. We fill ours with sunflower hearts. In our garden they work best fixed on top of a pole; the rooks have learned to fly at suspended feeders until they swing enough to spill their contents. (Posted on 03/09/2017)
Best bird feeder Review by PJ Mansfield

The bird feeder arrived the next day, and is the best we've found so far. The lid keeps contents dry, which is great. Starlings have worked out how to use it, but it's not easy for them, and only one can use it at a time. Collared doves can't land. Seed does get thrown out, but the ground feeders polish it up. An excellent product. (Posted on 25/08/2017)
Good Feeder for Small Birds Review by P Dawes

I purchased this feeder to give the smaller garden birds a fair share of the seed! It works a treat -- now they can feed separately, away from the wood pigeons and magpies which are rather like gannets. (Posted on 02/08/2017)
Well made, but ... Review by Ian Miller

This was to replace a "Clingers only feeder" demolished by storm "Doris". That used to be emptied in about 4 days. I ordered "My Favourites Feeder" because I expected it to last at least a week, in case I was away. Unfortunately the birds don't seem to like it, and it looks like it'll last for months! I've tried so many feeders and this one is by the far the best that I've tried for letting the little birds have a fair chance against the starlings. I'm actually going to order another one! (Posted on 20/02/2017)
Even the robins like it! Review by James

They are not supposed to, but we have a robin that comes to our front garden and actually hovers briefly to feed from this feeder.

It is constantly in use by the small birds. An improved design compared to its predecessor, it is bigger, keeps the rain off better and so far the squirrel has not found a way to eat it. I found that the lid is initially quite stiff, but a spray with silicone lubricant has made it easy to open but still secure. (Posted on 17/01/2017)
The jury is out Review by Chris

The first thing to that needs to be pointed out to people thinking of buying this feeder is that the lid is made of plastic, which might be an issue if squirrels frequent your garden. It will also be interesting to see how well it survive in sunlight. Having said that it it plastic. the lid does feel quite substantial, so maybe my concerns are unwarranted. My main issue with this feeder is that the birds haven't worked out how to use it yet. I hung it out 7 days ago (Nov 29th 2016), which spanned a particularly cold spell, when you would expect the birds to be feeding voraciously, but they've hardly touched it. The reason that I purchased this feeder was because I have found that the more traditional long 6 port feeder is dominated by pigeons and doves, that perch on the bottom rungs whilst taking food out of the top port. Well this feeder has achieved my objective of keeping the larger birds off the feeder, but it seems that the Tits and Goldfinches can't work out how to use it either. On reflection, I would have been better off buying a conventional feeder enclosed within a cage.
If the small birds start using this feeder, then I will update my review. (Posted on 06/12/2016)
