Although ideal for year round feeding, peanut butter makes for a great substitute for suet in the summer. This is because the level of meat fat in suet can soften and melt, making it trickier for birds to get a firm bite.
A firm favourite among a variety of our feathered garden guests, you can expect to see Woodpeckers, Nuthatches, Blue Jays and many members of the Tit family in your outdoor surroundings when peanut butter is offered.

Each flavour of Peanut Butter for Birds is available to purchase as a single jar or a box of 12.
As this is a natural product there may be some oil separation on the surface of the jar, particulalry in hot weather - this can be drained off.
