birds virtually ignore the fat balls when suet pellets are available - even the local woodpecker. But I put them in a metal suet pellet feeder [ larger holes than a peanut feeder ] as the flow down in normal feeders became repeatedly blocked. (Posted on 21/02/2018)

I put these out on a daily basis in a hanging feeder, so fresh each morning as if pellets get wet they tend to clump as a mass, and are difficult for the birds to take from the feeder. Any damp ones are knocked out into the ground feeder, where they get eaten by any ground feeding birds. None are ever left, so they must be good. These are better than my previous supplier, as there would always be some left over in the feeder from the day before. (Posted on 15/02/2018)
They love it! Review by Mary

Perhaps because it's been cold, the birds all love the suet pellets, even the blackbirds preferring them over their mealworms. The suet does seem to attract flocks of starlings, which is a pity, but the sparrows take their chance as well and seem OK with it,. (Posted on 14/02/2018)

Certainly goes down a treat with the small birds in my garden.
However pellets are a little small for my feeder which was an offer on my precious order so they tend fall out easily!
Prompt delivery an competitively priced. (Posted on 14/02/2018)
