Cancelling your order
In line with the Distance Selling Regulations and EU Consumer rights directive, you have the right to cancel your order up to 14 working days starting from the day after you receive the goods, except for perishable goods.
If you wish to do this, you must inform us in writing via letter or e-mail – we are unable to accept cancellations by phone.
You will be responsible for returning the goods to us at your own expense.
You must ensure that the goods are adequately packaged to protect against damage and are still in a sale-able condition. Items returned due to a change of mind, that are not as “new" and in a resaleable condition will either be offered a partial refund or a refund refused. These items would only be returned to you at your own cost.
Please ensure you keep tracking of any return made in the event the item goes missing as we will be unable to refund any items not received back to us.
Please do not reject the delivery. If you do reject the delivery from the carrier then we would need make a deduction for the cost of this action from any refund (currently £7.50).
Your Goods have arrived Damaged/Faulty
If you unfortunately receive your good(s) in a faulty or damaged condition you also have the right under the EU Consumer Rights Directive to return your goods up to 30 days starting from the day after you receive the goods.

If you fail to return the goods we may decide to collect them and we will charge you the direct cost of the collection.
Incorrectly selected address
If you select the incorrect address at the point of order then you will be required to cover any costs to have this delivered to the correct address or if the parcel is returned to us then we will make a deduction for the cost of this action from the refund made (currently £7.50).
This returns policy does not affect your legal rights.
