The RHS Buzzing Large Solitary Bee Hotel provides nesting sites for solitary bees to rest and lay eggs. Securely position the bee hotel at least one meter above ground, with an unobstructed south-facing entrance and full sun exposure. Replace the drilled logs and cut canes every two years to prevent parasite buildup.
Handcrafted in the UK from sustainably sourced larch, the Buzzing hotel has been made by people with autism and additional needs providing employment opportunities and training.
Made in Stoke-on-Trent by Wildlife and Birdcare Nature Recovery Project (CIC) a not for profit organisation that not only help to save the crisis of nature, but are also a licensed training provider for SEN colleges to support young people with autism or additional needs leaving college to secure jobs their future.
The Buzzing hotel needs to be staked into the ground, stake not included.
