Also the Weather Guard is made of a specifically UV protected polycarbonate and features a manufacturer's lifetime warranty.

Please note that this product can only be used with the Brome Squirrel Buster Plus Feeder and does not fit any of the other Brome Squirrel Buster Feeders.

Does a good job Like all Brome products you get what you pay for This is an expensive piece of plastic but you get the feeling it will last for many years. As far as protecting the feeder it does an excellent job. I have 3 squirrel buster feeders and all of them have the weather shield fitted In rain and heavy driving rain they do an excellent job of protecting th seeds from water ingress. The birds even use them as a temporary shelter. Expensive but with it
