Garden Wildlife Direct are delighted to introduce our Sunflower Heart Chips, supplied in recyclable and plastic-free paper bags to support more environmentally friendly feeding. Specially chipped for smaller beaks, they are easier for birds to handle and feed upon.
A high-energy, nutrient-rich feed that is perfect for year-round feeding. Sunflower Heart Chips are packed with natural oils and protein, helping to support birds through colder months, breeding season and fledgling development.
As these are husk-free, birds eat the whole seed, leaving little to no mess beneath feeders. This means less waste, less clearing up and more of the food being enjoyed by your garden visitors.

Pricing Update:
Due to rising paper costs and the need to ship our paper bags in protective boxes to prevent damage and support more environmentally responsible packaging, a small price increase has been applied to reflect higher material, packaging, and handling expenses.
In the chipping process, a very small percentage of black sunflower shell fragments may remain attached to the chips. These may loosen in transit but will not harm birds or affect the excellent nutritional benefits of this feed.
As this is a natural product, chip size and appearance can vary depending on growing conditions. Some harvests may produce slightly smaller or darker chips due to higher natural oil content. While this may alter appearance, it does not impact the quality or nutritional value.
Please note that the 25kg sacks of Sunflower Heart Chips are delivered as 2 x 12.55kg sacks.

Storage:
We recommend storing your bird food in an airtight container in a cool and dry location to keep it fresh for as long as possible. The paper bags are not designed for long-term storage.
