This Smart Feeder includes a catcher tray to prevent food spilling onto to floor.  The feeder tray also doubles up as a feeding platform meaning all types of birds can enjoy a feast.  The drainage holes in the tray prevent the feeder from becoming waterlogged, the food itself is sheltered from the rain.  

Complete with a plastic coated steel hanger the bird feeder requires no assembly and just needs to be hung up.  We recommend siting this away from anything a rodent could use as a jumping platform such as a fence.  If the feeder is situated near a jumping platform the rodents will gain access.
