All promotional offers cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer from Garden Wildlife Direct.
 
Garden Wildlife Direct will accept payment by most major credit and debit cards. Payment will be taken from your account at the time of ordering.
 
All credit/debit card payments are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer. If the issuer of your payment card refuses to authorise payment to us, we will not be liable for any delay or non–delivery.
 
Your order will be carefully packed and despatched by either courier or first class post to any UK address. Please allow up to five working days for orders to be delivered from time of ordering.
 
Unfortunately, Garden Wildlife Direct is unable to deliver to PO Box numbers.
 
If possible we suggest that you obtain the full UK postal address before ordering. However, we cannot accept responsibility, on the rare occasions, if your order is not delivered by Royal Mail or our courier service.
 
Garden Wildlife Direct cannot be held liable for incorrectly provided recipient's addresses.
 
We reserve the right to cancel any order and refund monies paid via the payment used. If you payment method is no longer valid then we will contact you and make alternative arrangements.
 
Your statutory rights are not affected.

 

 

Competitions

We run competitions on our social media channels periodically. The below terms and conditions set out your rights when you participate:

- All prizes are as stated, non-transferable and have no cash value.

- If you send us your photos for any reason (not just competitions), you agree that we may use these in our marketing materials. Where appropriate and at our discretion, we will give credit to the photographer.

- Winners have 30 days to claim their prize from when we first attempt contact. We will do our utmost to contact the winners using the details provided.

- While we do not anticipate needing to, we reserve the right to alter the prize at any time.

 

Discounts

- All discounts are as specified in the marketing material associated with them.

- We reserve the right to withdraw any offer at any time, although we will try and avoid this

- We reserve the right to alter the discount or gift at any time. Again we will try and avoid this if we can.

- The welcome offer is limited to one per customer/household. You must log in or create an account to use this offer.

 

Refer a Friend

- A £10 discount will be awarded to both the referrer and referee (i.e. you and your friend).

- Your friend must register an account using the email address you sent the referral email to.

- Your friend must spend a minimum of £30 with us in a single transaction for you and your friend to earn the £10 referral bonus.

- Once your friend has spent £30, your discount is usually applied to both accounts immediately, but can take up to 24 hours to appear.

- You can apply your discount to a maximum of 50% of your order. e.g. if you have £10 earned through the refer a friend scheme and spend £15 with us, you'll only be able to apply £7.50 worth of discount to your order. The other £2.50 can be applied to your next order. As long as you spend over £20, you can use the full £10 bonus.

- A bonus will not be awarded for accounts with the same address as your own.

- We reserve the right to take action to recover goods that have been dispatched by us following any abuse of codes and/or to adjust your account with us accordingly.
