- They are well made but they have a problem with rotting. This time I have wrapped them in black plastic and have used sellotape to make them suitable for wool nesting material for nesting material for birds.

- As I have not used this item yet I could not give 5 stars. If its like all the other items I have purchased though it would be very good.
£9.99This nest box is made from natural birch log and will blend beautifully into your garden attracting birds to nest, the 32mm hole is perfect for larger tits and sparrows. The box has a contrasting roof and comes with a back bracket. Made from FSC timber.
Dimensions - H 190mm x Dia 160mm
General advice - the best height to place your nest boxes at is between 1.5 & 5.5 metres high, if your area has a cat prominence then the box should be fixed even higher if possible. Nest Boxes should be placed in a sheltered spot but if this isn't possible then try and avoid strong prevailing winds and sunlight. Nest Boxes should be cleaned but only if you are sure that the nest box is no longer inhabited.
